Scuola Sci Colò has a 'central office' for the issuance of all types of tickets including the comprehensive 'Abetone Multipass'. We also have offices located right on the slopes for a quick and convenient service.

Abetone has some of the most modern lift systems and mile after mile of pistes featuring all levels of difficulty. The ideal placement of lifts allows fully interlinked skiing and snowboarding throughout and between all the resort areas using runs designed by the great Abetone Olympic Champions.

Abetone's favourable location together with extensive snow-making facilities offers perfectly prepared slopes from December until March and often into the spring months.

Abetone has large snowy plateaux surrounded by beautiful beech and fir trees. A carousel of runs head in all directions leading to many excitingly different valleys, each with their own unique challenges - and all of this with absolutely no danger from avalanches! Abetone has never had one!

Then, when it's time to take a break, our conveniently located and well-equipped 'rifugi' offer the prospect of tasty breakfasts, refreshing drinks and delicious Tuscan cuisine.

The resort can be easily reached by following the SS12 main road signposted 'Abetone' and 'Brenner'.

The nearest motorway is the A11 'Firenze-Mare' from which you should take the Pistoia exit (45 km).

The nearest railway station is Pracchia (29 km) on the line between Pistoia and Porretta Terme. Bus services to Abetone are also available from Pistoia.
 
The nearest airports are Florence (75 km) and Pisa (80 km).
